Reservations

To hold a reservation, a deposit of one night's stay per campsite or Park Model is required. Accommodations may be reserved on VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, with the first night's stay automatically being charged to your credit card. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted for holding a reservation, however, payment must be received within ten (10) days of your reservation (failure to do so will result in a cancelled reservation). No personal checks are accepted upon registration as payment of your balance.

Reservations should be made at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. No reservation is confirmed without a deposit. Phone reservations are taken from 9am-11pm daily.Call 1-800-962-3786 to make your reservations, or reserve online today. [back to top]

Cancellation

A $10.00 cancellation fee is charged for any site of Park Model that is cancelled. A 7-day notice is required for a partial refund. Your partial refund will be your deposit minus the $10.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of your reserved time, your deposit will be forfeit. When canceling, be sure to ask for a cancellation number. [back to top]

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time for campsites is from 12:00 noon until 12:00 midnight, and check-out time is 12:00 noon or earlier on the day of departure.

Check-in time for Park Models is from 4:00 pm until 12:00 midnight daily. Check-out time is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Arrivals before or after the listed times are not guaranteed. If you have reservations and cannot arrive before 10:00 pm, please call. This will ensure that your place will be held for you. Registration closes at 12:00 am. [back to top]

Pets

Pets are permitted with guests in RVs only. No pets are permitted when camping in tents; absolutely no pets are permitted in our Park Cabins/Mobile Homes.

Guests are required to clean up after their pets, and all pets must be on a leash at all times. We ask that you keep your pets inside your unit while you are away from the park. [back to top]

Refunds/Rain Checks

There are no refunds or rain checks for early departure or inclement weather.
