To hold a reservation, a deposit of one night's stay per room is required. Reservations may be reserved on a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, with the first night's stay automatically being charged to your credit card. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted to hold a reservation, however, it must be received with 10 days of your reservation (failure to do so will result in a cancelled reservation). No personal checks are accepted upon registration as payment of your balance. Reservations should be made well in advance. No reservation is confirmed without a deposit. Phone reservations are accepted twenty-four hours a day at 1-866-273-8872. If you prefer, you may make your reservations online. [back to top] Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (two full days) in advance of your reserved stay. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance and the room is not rebooked, the deposit is forfeit. When canceling, please be sure to ask for a cancellation number. [back to top]
Early arrivals are not guaranteed. Reservations with a deposit guarantees your room; rooms reserved without a deposit are held until 6:00 p.m. only. [back to top] Knights Inn Sandusky is a pet friendly hotel There is, however, a $25.00 deposit (returned upon satisfactory inspection of your room) and a $10.00 per night charge for your pet.
