2009 Campground Rates

All rates are quoted for one (1) camping unit per site and two (2) people per camping unit. There is an additional charge of $4.00 per person per night for extra persons age 13 and older. Children 12 years old and under stay free in their parent's unit. Only small 2-4 person dome tents for children 12 and under will be permitted at no charge when staying on the same site with a paid parent unit. Any additional tents on the same site will be charged $10.00 each. A local tax is added on all camping.

2009 Park Cabin/Mobile Home Rates

Our Park Cabins are similar to small mobile homes. The Park Cabins have a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, one private bath with a full size shower/tub, and two or three bedrooms. The Park Cabins also have central air conditioning, gas furnaces, and cable television. Park Cabins sleep six people comfortably. There is an additional futon bed in the living room, but there are no rollaway beds or cribs available.

Six (6) people are included in the quoted base rate for our 2- and 3-bedroom units. A maximum of eight (8) people are permitted to stay in the 3-bedroom units, and a maximum of 6 people are allowed in the 2-bedroom units. Extra people will be charged an additional $10 per person, regardless of age. A minimum 2-night stay is required on weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.

Our Mini Park Cabins are similar to our 2- and 3-bedroom Park Cabins, but the Mini Park Cabins don't have separate bedrooms. Each Mini Park Cabin is set up studio-style, with the main room having a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Each is also equipped with a microfridge. All of the other provided amenities are the same as the 2- and 3-bedroom Park Cabins.

Four (4) people are included in the quoted base rate for our smaller park cabins. Extra people will be charged an additional $10 per person per night, regardless of age. A minimum 2-night stay is required on weekends (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).

TAX RATE: 11.5% Sales and Bed Taxes

2009 Weekly/Monthly Camping Rates

WEEKLY: Pay for 6 nights, get the 7th night FREE (no other discounts may apply).

MONTHLY, MAY & JUNE: $650.00 per month

MONTHLY, JULY & AUGUST: $800.00 per month

MONTHLY, SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER: $550.00 per month

2008 SEASON: $1,850.00 + parking tax. Some smaller seasonal sites available for $1,600.00. Lots are available now! $100 deposit required.

Monthly and seasonal rates are for full hook-up, 30 & 50 amp, pull-thru and back-in sites.

TAX RATE: 3% Admission Tax

Ohio Bike Week Rates

Ohio Bike Week participants may enjoy a special rate of just $10 per might for two persons in one tent on a non-hookup site. Add electric service for just $3 more, and both water and electric for only $5 more. This fantastic rate is good for every night you stay at Sandusky/Bayshore KOA during Ohio Bike Week, June 5-14, 2009. To qualify, you must either have or buy a KOA Value Kard. These rates apply to tent sites only; other sites are eligible for the usual KOA Value Kard discounts only, with card. Make your plans for Ohio Bike week now! Reservations for these sites can be made beginning March 15, 2009.

Group Rates

Sandusky/Bayshore KOA offers special group rates for organized groups such as church groups; youth groups; Boy Scouts; Girl Scouts; or camping clubs. Reservations should be made well in advance and discussed individually with reservationists.

Discounts

Sandusky/Bayshore KOA accepts KOA Value Kard Rewards cards. The discounts can be used on camp sites or Park Cabins. All discount offers must be presented upon registration in order to take advantage of that discount. Only one discount can be used.

Reservations

To hold a reservation, a deposit of one night's stay per campsite or Park Cabin is required. Accommodations may be reserved on VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, with the first night's stay automatically being charged to your credit card. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted for holding a reservation, however, payment must be received within ten (10) days of your reservation (failure to do so will result in a cancelled reservation). No personal checks are accepted upon registration as payment of your balance. Reservations should be made at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. No reservation is confirmed without a deposit. Phone reservations are taken from 9am-11pm daily, or make online reservations anytime.
