To hold a reservation, a deposit of one night's stay per room is required. Reservations may be reserved on a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, with the first night's stay automatically being charged to your credit card. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted to hold a reservation, however, it must be received with 10 days of your reservation (failure to do so will result in a cancelled reservation). No personal checks are accepted upon registration as payment of your balance. Reservations should be made well in advance. No reservation is confirmed without a deposit. Phone reservations are taken from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. daily at 1-866-273-8872. [back to top] A $10.00 cancellation fee is charged for any room that is cancelled. A 7-day notice is required for a partial refund. Your partial refund will be your deposit minus the $10.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7-days prior to your reserved stay, your deposit will be forfeit. When canceling, please be sure to ask for a cancellation number. [back to top]
Early arrivals are not guaranteed. Reservations guarantee the room only until 8:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m., you must call prior to that time to confirm your reservations. If no attempt to confirm is made, the room will be made available to other guests. [back to top] Villager-Premier-Sandusky is a pet friendly hotel There is, however, a $10.00 per night charge for your pet. Please be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of wastes properly!
